CHAPEAU FOR LILY

Learn to make a 19^th Century French lady’s hat to fit our elegant Lily. You will create this hat and embellish with flowers, ribbons and netting. Kit includes all materials, pattern, and written instructions.  Students need to bring a basic sewing kit, sewing gauge, thimble, sharp fabric scissors, paper scissors and milliner’s needles.
